Opening and new base, adding a new route, introducing a new service concept or even just expanding the fleet. All of these events require a response. They require planning. Trolleys (or stock) do not magically appear, contracts are not negotiated and signed overnight and staff training takes a little more than just a memo. But the “normal” workload does not disappear either. So when you are faced with extra (but temporary) work and you need a professional that you can trust to do the job, we are the ones to get in touch with.
We know what we are doing as we have done this quite a few times. We prefer to have some time to prepare and do the best possible, but time is sometimes limited and Inflight Service should not be the show-stopper. The fastest setup we have ever done (we are particularly proud of that project) was a new base for a carrier that would have 3 A321 aircraft performing a total of 6 medium haul flights a day and we had just 11 days to set things up from scratch. Crew training, logistics, printed materials, stock and all other recourses were delivered in time and not a single flight departed with anything less than required. Of course, some things could have been done in a nicer or more attractive manner, but there simply was no time for that then. When the pressure is on, you can rely on us to set the right priorities and get the job done!
When there is enough time, we can assist in planning and executing. Our experienced team has all the resources required to both plan (checklists, resource planning, alternatives in case of operational issues, etc.) and implement (access to supply chain, on site management, etc.). Tell us what it is you need and we will make it happen.
