Inflight Service Management has a wide range of specialists that, together, cover all aspects of inflight service and sales. This includes logistics experts, legal specialists, experienced (former) cabin crew, hospitality professionals, procurement specialist and even flight operations experts. So when we offer a solution, you can be absolutely certain it covers all corners. Contrary to what, for instance, a catering provider would favour for logistical reasons, there might be crew or legal issues that would favour (or even require) another solution to your problem. That is why airlines and service providers turn to us; we know what we are talking about.
Research and knowledge is vital in our process. We do not offer solutions based only on information given to us but we go out and find out for ourselves. Because things are often not what they are presented or perceived to be. So we will put someone “on the ground” (which often means “in the air”) to observe and analyse. And that does not mean putting a ill-experienced person in a passenger seat on a single flight to take some notes. We will have an experienced crew member join your crew and, rules and regulations permitting, participate in the passenger service. Or, if the assignment requires, have an experienced retail specialist analyse data obtained from on-site visits. No assumptions, no guesswork, no pre-determined conclusions. Facts and only facts. The only assumption we make is that we do not know. And if we don’t know, well… then we don’t know and we need to find out. Even the right decision based on the wrong arguments is still a bad decision. We make sure you end up in the green.
